Beenaking for 3 years onand off r5 r4 its a whole second job100. 2500 was solid for years but my last kingship in1758 round table was brutal dead weight management time etc...was very hard to balance with life. Leadership is key. But solid strong diplomatic leads are rare. Youdid ok in 2500 like us whales moved on now im just a soldier in 872 thor always been a great king and the war pandas at least our half joined dsq once enemies now a solid kd theres always options just know diplomacy and respect are key period. Sincerly Deadpool lol

The less work a king does, the better. It’s his/her job to assign, oversee, and do the final sign-offs, but surrounding themselves with support and a strong council to fulfill these responsibilities is imperative. Lots of people want to help, many just don’t know how.

Be king is not easy and always has mistake. But we need to learn from past to become better. Nowadays hard to see good kd. Like my king is just migrated when he thinks he can't handle

I was R5 for about a year back when multi alliance kingdoms was common, and king for about 3 months before I got too busy. Good lord, people do not know how much absolute nonsense you have to deal with. 1 million chats with 1 million messages each, especially in younger kingdoms. most days you log in and put out fires for 12 hours and have sent out 2 gatherers and hit 4 barbs over the whole time. Its a different game. Rewarding if you have people you enjoy playing with, but it is literally a full time job

having 1 person make all the decisions is just the wrong way to do it. have a 3 or 5 person council, decisions are made by vote, not by one person. KDs with single leaders fail 100% of the time. Things like MGE and rewards are FAR easier than people like to think; they should always be done based on kvk stats.

I'm still in 2500 from native and we're still a very stable C seed kd. We currently have 2 main R5s who you may remember in andy and koat and then the council who are capable of taking R5 if needed hansi & wilko. Everything has been very smooth since sharing the burden of the dreaded leadership tasks 🤣🤣.

It's VIP 14 and it's not remotely close. want books? run some forts, it really doesn't take that long. (i have 2 farms that have maxed castle from just forts...) saying an extra head per day is 'not much' is a truly INSANE statement for someone who charges money for coaching... have fun with your 'max tech' with 5511 commanders. i dont always agree with your advice, though usually it's fine. this is BY FAR your worst take. PS: this is not a contentious topic, no player that knows what theyre doing is goign to tell you to not get vip14 as the first thing you do.

So I spended like 1.7k euro on the game as 32m power. I did castle 22 to 25, all needed buildings to 25 and almost done with tech. So i am at 41m power now. I could go for vip 14 now (i just got 13) but i need the gems for season 3 commanders. We started our kvk 3 and the cav wheel soon comes available for us. So vip 14 is sure better to be done after t5
